Welcome to Billy.Chat. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Who are we

Billy.Chat (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a fully-managed AI chatbot service for businesses. We’re based in the Netherlands and operated as a sole proprietorship under the name Billy.Chat.

• Registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97762881.
• VAT (BTW) number: NL005287152B25.

2. Who can use Billy.Chat

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. How it works

You sign up and activate your agency account on Billy.Chat. A valid credit card is required at sign‑up, but you won’t be charged if you cancel within the 14‑day free trial.

From your account, you can create and manage chatbots for your clients through the platform. The platform is fully self‑serve — no technical setup required beyond using the dashboard.

4. Payments and cancellations

Our service is billed monthly in advance after your 14‑day free trial ends.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe — we never store your payment details on our servers.

You can cancel anytime — just send an email to billing@billy.chat or use your dashboard at least one (1) day before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.

5. Service limits & guarantees

While we aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect response accuracy, or specific business outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the service, fail to pay, violate these Terms, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

6. Data ownership & use

You own all chatbot content, transcripts, and customer data created through your Billy.Chat account. You can download or delete your data at any time via the dashboard or by emailing us.

Because you manage your own chatbots, we only access your data if needed to support or improve the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve Billy.Chat.

You’re responsible for ensuring that your chatbot content and use of the platform comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and consumer protection laws.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Billy.Chat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — even if we’ve been advised that such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous month.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or through the dashboard.
