Billy.Chat (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a fully-managed AI chat service for businesses.

2. Who can use Billy.Chat
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a legally binding agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. How it works
You can start with a $1 trial, which gives you 30 days of full access to the managed service.
After the trial, the subscription continues automatically at $500/month, unless canceled before renewal.
Our team handles setup, training, and maintenance — no technical work on your side.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
4. Payments and cancellations
Billing is monthly in advance once your plan begins.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected] — just do it at least one day before your next billing date.
The $1 trial is non-refundable and only available once per business.
5. Service limits & guarantees
We aim for reliable, high-quality performance but don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect accuracy, or specific business outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate service for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
6. Data ownership & privacy
You own all chatbot content, transcripts, and customer data from your account.
You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing us.
Because the service is managed, our team may access data for setup and maintenance.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve Billy.Chat.
You’re responsible for using Billy.Chat in compliance with all applicable laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billy.Chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the previous month.

What started as Chatbot Society is now Billy.Chat — a managed AI agent that helps businesses convert visitors and handle support automatically.After a break to work on other projects, I saw the timing was perfect again — AI has advanced fast. I now hold a license to white-label one of the best AI agent platforms available, plus a dev team keeping everything healthy and updated.The product works, the offer converts, and early results prove real demand.
What’s missing is runway — time and capital to scale sales and operations for six months.
I’m inviting a few friends and early supporters to join this next step.It’s a small, private round — and while 25% is higher than a normal return, I want to make it worth your while.

The numbers work — it just needs scale.
