Billing is monthly in advance once your plan begins. Payments are securely processed by Stripe — we never store card details.You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Just do it at least one day before your next billing date.5. Service limits & guarantees

You own all chatbot content, transcripts, and customer data created through your Billy.Chat account.
