We do not store or see your payment information — all payments are securely processed by Stripe.

We use your data to:

  • Deliver and manage your chatbot service
  • Communicate with you about your account and updates
  • Improve and maintain the quality of our service

We do not use your chatbot data for our own purposes — it remains yours.

3. Data sharing

We only share your data with trusted third parties when necessary to provide the service — such as our hosting provider and payment processor (Stripe).

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

4. Data storage & retention

Your data is stored on secure servers, currently located within the European Union (EU) and the United States (US).

We retain your data until you delete it or request deletion. You can download or delete your data anytime through your dashboard or by emailing us.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use minimal tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our website and improve their experience. Specifically, we use analytics provided by Datafast to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data.

This tracking does not identify you personally and does not involve invasive profiling — we only measure general patterns like page views and visit duration.

We do not use marketing cookies or share data with advertisers.

6. Marketing emails

If you sign up for a trial or create an account, we may email you occasionally with onboarding tips, product updates, or new features. These emails are intended to help you get the most out of Billy.Chat and stay informed.

We do not send unrelated marketing or promotional emails.

7. Sensitive data

Billy.Chat is not designed to process sensitive personal data (like health, financial, or government identification information). Please do not submit such data through our chatbot or dashboard.
